There is a 14 day training period and preparation for your first project. Not only will you learn something new, but you will familiarise yourself with all that’s important for us and with processes at BluePool.
Are you still studying but you want to gain valuable experience? Then the Part-time pool is just the place for you. It’s a team of colleagues within BluePool, who are still studying so they cannot focus 100% of the time on consulting work. In the part-time pool they are learning about the life of a consultant before they finish their studies. That way they can make sure that this is the right job for them. The new experience you gain is not the only benefit, we will allow you to write your diploma thesis and finish your diploma praxis with us. We will provide you with all the necessary information you might need. As a member of the part-time pool, you are entitled to most of the benefits we offer to our employees at BluePool.
We have a virtual Cafeteria in which you can pick whichever benefit you like. If you can’t find what you are looking for, we can supply that for you.
As a consultant not only do you need technical knowledge, but also a suitable dress code. That is not a problem for us. Our personal stylist will take care of it.
For all the help you provide to BluePool, in return you will receive points as part of a year-round competition. If you become one of our two best employees, you will get the opportunity to go on a business trip to an exclusive destination with a guide and spending money.

We do! Wanna be better in English? No problem! We have our own professional and native English teacher who provides weekly classes for all employees. When you are attending classes regularly it is completely free of charge.
Do you want to broaden your horizons? You can. We regularly organise training courses with trained professionals. Are you interested in something specific? You know what? Just let us know. We will be happy to help.
